Do you have prior experience in Supply Chain and/or Purchasing discipline and love a variety of accountabilities?  This role has it all; interacting with suppliers/vendors/customers/internal colleagues and management, analyzing and processing information, working with computer software and Microsoft Office, moving from the office to the warehouse, inventory counts, assisting with audits, researching/troubleshooting, and assisting with adherence to processes and procedures.  You will be working onsite with a cohesive, amazing team that works hard though interacts well with each other.  The candidate chosen who exceeds expectations has a possibility of converting to a permanent employee.   

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, inventory tracking, and resolution of order discrepancies
• Ensure efficient purchasing processes are followed
• Maintaining accurate records for audit and operational purposes
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Investigate and resolve PO discrepancies related to pricing errors, quantity mismatches, or delivery issues
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify order details and resolve conflicts
• Support inventory counts
• Reconcile variances between physical stock and system records
• Maintain accurate purchasing records
• Update and research missing information related to supplier information and order confirmations
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to verify shipments
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance requirements
