Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking for a motivated individual to support their Research Department by preparing travel and expense (T&E) reports using the Coupa T&E system. In this role, you’ll work closely with a large group of analysts and associates, ensuring compliance with our firm’s T&E policy and guidelines.

salary: $36.97 - $36.98 per hour

Responsibilities

• Expenses to manage for T&E (Travel and Expenses) for the members on the team – ie travel receipts
• Prepares T&E for members of the Research Dept. using Coupa T&E system.
• Proactive and confidently asks appropriate questions / requests direction when needed.
• Generally, prepares expense reports for a large group of Research Dept. analysts and associates following the firm's T & E policy and guidlines.
• May conduct record keeping with respect to expense preparation and follow up
