In this crucial role, you will serve as the central hub for all shipping and inventory operations. You will provide exceptional customer service while coordinating outbound shipments, preparing all necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also collaborate closely with various internal teams (Warehouse, Inventory Control, and Accounting) to ensure smooth, compliant, and accurate processes from start to finish.

- Proven experience in a shipping, receiving, logistics, or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Proficiency with inventory management or ERP systems (experience with JDE is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Manage and process all designated customer billing
- Scan and organize all essential shipping, receiving, and financial documents, forwarding them to the Inventory Control Specialist and the accounting department (via email) as needed
- Schedule and coordinate Tier II shipments and expedites as required to meet customer deadlines
- Process all Ship Confirmations and prepare/receive direct shipment orders
- Generate and send ASN’s (Advance Shipping Notices) to customers utilizing the BASE2 system
- Print and distribute all necessary shipping documentation, including customer packing lists, bill of ladings, and shipping labels
- Perform inventory receiving into the JDE system
- Actively participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventories to maintain record accuracy
- Collaborate daily with Material Handlers, Supervisors (SV), and Shipping & Warehouse members to ensure accuracy of shipments, purchasing, inventory levels, and record keeping
