Responsibilities

 What You'll Be Doing

•  Make outbound calls to potential business clients to promote our cleaning and janitorial services
  
  
•  Schedule qualified appointments for our experienced sales team
  
  
•  Follow structured call scripts, handle objections professionally, and keep conversations on track
  
  
•  Accurately record call details and customer data in our CRM system
  
  
•  Meet and exceed weekly performance targets in a supportive, team-driven environment
  
  

 What We're Looking For

• Clear, confident phone presence with excellent communication skills
  
  
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound calling preferred
  
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
  
  
• Dependable and able to thrive in a structured, performance-based environment
