Responsibilities: Driving Artistic Impact
- Innovate and translate seasonal direction and mood boards into original, brand-appropriate print concepts.
- Develop and execute intricate repeat and placement artwork (all-over prints, graphics, engineered layouts) across diverse categories.
- Ensure accuracy by executing detailed print files, including textile repeat building, color indexing, and scale exploration.
- Coordinate with in-house designers on revisions and collaborate to maintain consistency from concept through final execution.
- Prepare impeccable, production-ready tech packs and layered PSDs for seamless vendor handoff, playing an integral role in the supply chain process.
- Spearhead the creation and management of tech packs and communicate with factories, ensuring product quality and vision integrity.
- 5+ years of textile or print design experience for apparel (mass retail experience strongly preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of textile repeat building and print production standards
- Fast, proactive communicator comfortable with independent work and quick turnaround requests
