Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour chedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities As an Outbound Scheduler, you'll ensure our customers receive their medical supplies on time and efficiently. Your main duties will include:
- High-Volume Outbound Calls: Making a minimum of 60+ outbound calls daily to patients/customers to schedule, confirm, and coordinate the delivery and setup of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and supplies.
- Work Environment: Ability to work reliably in our Saint Paul, MN office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Core Scheduling and Coordination
- Outbound Communication: Proactively making a high volume of outbound calls daily to patients/customers to schedule and confirm the delivery and logistics of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and medical supplies.

- Customer Communication: Providing clear instructions and information to patients/customers regarding their scheduled delivery or service.
