- Architect and Manage the Americas product and merchandising calendar, proactively resolving operational challenges, tracking milestones, and developing contingency plans to adapt to a fast-paced retail market.
- Spearhead the development and execution of merchandising operations strategies, ensuring precise alignment with overarching corporate goals and regional needs.
- Optimize and Streamline cross-functional workflows by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions, continuously refining governance via templates and standardization.\
- Analyze product reporting and data to provide actionable insights that support data-informed decision-making for seasonal planning and execution.
- 7+ years of professional achievement in merchandising operations, retail operations, or related roles, including leadership experience.
- Core Expertise: Robust understanding of merchandising processes, including product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and pricing.
- Exceptional Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows, key deliverables, and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Communication & Influence: Excelling communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset to influence and drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in omnichannel or digital retail operations
