What You'll Do:
- Process all invoices, including matching to vendor statements, obtaining departmental approvals, coding, and data entry.
- Prepare and process manual and computer-generated checks.
- Reconcile the accounts payable aging report to the general ledger.
- Manage petty cash reimbursements, employee expense reports, and payroll deductions.
- Sort mail, maintain utility cost logs, and assist with financial reports as needed.
salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
