This company is currently navigating a significant period of corporate evolution and strategic growth. Responsibilities

• Managing the full-cycle general ledger (GL) for assigned properties.
• Handling daily accounting functions, including cash posting, move-outs, and write-offs.
• Driving month-end close activities.
• Preparing and analyzing budget-to-actual variance reports.
• Performing complex balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant with a strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• JD Edwards experience is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced "catch-up" environment.
