Responsibilities
- Process daily Revenue reports fro mVarious Sources, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with cash receipts
- Perform daily cash application for lockbox, ACH, and wire payments accurately and efficiently
- Investigate and resolve cash exceptions(short payments, overpayments, unidentified payments) in a timely manner
- Analyze and clear aged unapplied cash items, working closely with other departments or customers to resolve issues
- Manage and reconcile accounts related to prepaid rent and other prepaid expenses
- Assist the accounting team with the month-end close proess, including preparing necessary supporting schedules and reconciliations
- Prepare and post occasional journal entries related to cash, revenue, AR and prepaid accounts
