This is a full-time, exempt position that requires a focused approach to both sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities
- Membership Sales & Recruitment: Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to recruit new members and drive revenue through the sale of programs and advertising, managing the full sales pipeline from lead to closure.
- Engagement & Retention: Build great, loyal relationships with members, serve as their primary point of contact, and implement strategies to retain at-risk members and foster community satisfaction.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Manage membership applications/renewals, ensure member data is accurate, and collaborate internally to streamline membership policies and administrative processes.
- Brand Representation: Act as the Brand Ambassador at industry events and trade shows (requiring frequent travel) while staying informed on industry trends to provide members with valuable insights.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare regular reports on recruitment and retention progress and collaborate with management across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
