- Spearhead Showroom Operations: Ensure the showroom floor, back stock area, and office supply closet are consistently maintained as neat, organized, and guest-ready professional environments, free of clutter and excess boxes. This includes daily stocking of the refrigerator and proactively coordinating supply ordering.
- Facilitate Guest & Sales Support: Manage all incoming/outgoing deliveries, showroom key card access, and the showroom calendar. You will be the first point of contact, greeting and guiding accounts, and assisting in the preparation and serving of food/beverages for market appointments. You will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to all scheduled appointments to ensure readiness.
- Drive Visual & Operational Excellence: Manage the display environment, ensuring mannequins are always dressed and graphics are current. Coordinate all PR needs and promptly clear any left-behind items. You will need to be able to lift up to 35 lbs to assist with stocking and display needs.
- Manage Mission-Critical Sample Logistics: Ship and receive samples as needed and maintain a meticulous log of their location for accurate tracking. Assist in the full sample maintenance process and effectively communicate with sales representatives regarding incoming sample boxes and storage solutions.
- 2+ years working in a Showroom or retail environment.
- Proven proficiency in high-level organizational systems, inventory management, and operational coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a dynamic schedule, prioritize complex tasks, and perform physically demanding work (must be able to lift 35 lbs).
