The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Service Writer to join our team in San Leandro. In this role, you will be a key part of our service operations, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is accurately documented and efficiently managed. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Repair Order Management: Coordinate and manage internal repair orders for company-owned vehicles.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Effectively communicate with technicians, parts departments, and other teams to ensure timely completion of all repairs.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time allocated. Ensure all work adheres to internal and OEM documentation standards.
- Workflow Tracking: Monitor the progress of vehicles through the service process and proactively follow up on any delays, parts availability issues, or other challenges.
