Responsibilities
- Scan and upload licensing documents into License Pro, our internal software system
- Source information from internal and external contacts, including restaurants and jurisdictional offices
- Prepare New Restaurant Opening packets, including data entry, printing, assembling, and proofreading
- Assist with Manager Registrations for local liquor licenses by completing forms and gathering required documentation
- Process and pay invoices accurately and on time
- Support special projects as assigned
- Serve as backup support for the department coordinator during absences
