Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting cycle, encompassing accounts payable (A/P), payroll processing, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and executing accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
- Oversee and maintain all general ledgers, financial statements, and reporting systems, ensuring strict compliance with established accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform detailed variance analyses to provide actionable insights for strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and profitability analyses to the leadership team.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls over financial transactions and reporting to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure meticulous and organized documentation is maintained for all financial transactions and reporting processes.
- Coordinate effectively with external accounting partners for annual audits, reviews, and timely preparation and submission of all necessary tax filings.
