We are looking for a highly motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding service appointments, billing, general questions, and service cancellations.
• Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer appointments using our internal systems, optimizing technician routes and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Act as a first-line troubleshooter, proactively resolving customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, aiming for first-call resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a calm, professional, and courteous demeanor during stressful situations.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously (CRM software, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite).
