salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Review accounts payable batches for proper coding, necessary approvals, payment propriety, and supporting documentation.
  
  
• Review accounts receivable batches for proper coding and application.
  
  
• Prepare and bill back monthly Rent Warrants and Adjustments (RWAs).
  
  
• Process monthly late fees and rent rolls.
  
  
• Assist in the review of accounts receivable aging to identify and flag collection issues for management.
