Responsibilities
- Execute and manage daily accounting tasks related to international operations and transactions.
- Process and reconcile all financial activity involving foreign currency, ensuring accurate translation and recording in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Assist with the preparation and review of documentation necessary for international tax filings.
- Maintain accurate records for foreign subsidiaries or international contractors/franchisees.
- Manage full-cycle accounting duties, including preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, and deferrals.
- Perform complex and high-volume bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple domestic and international entities.
- Assist in the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Manage corporate billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of franchisees or clients.
