We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for temporary roles across the New York metro area.
These high-level assignments support diverse, reputable clients in financial services, legal, nonprofit, and real estate. The ideal candidate excels in a professional, often regulated, environment, handling complex inquiries and making an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client/customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle sensitive and regulated information with discretion and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and partners.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM or case management systems.
- Prior customer service or client relations experience is required.
- Experience in financial, legal, nonprofit, or real estate sectors is strongly preferred.
