You will provide vital support to Dispatch and Operations by managing communication with drivers, closing out and scanning customer orders for billing, updating trailer records, and ensuring accurate inventory reports.

- Fluent in English and Spanish is required (both written & verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Doc is ideal.
- A professional, friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the Riverside division dispatcher
- Answer phone calls and text messages from company drivers (using company cell phone).
- Accept customer orders and add them into a google doc spreadsheet.
- Close orders, and scan orders to billing department with charges attached.
- Scan invoices.
- Keep a list of washed trailers updated and provide monthly expiring trailer wash list.
- Updating trailer wash dates on spreadsheet and scanning wash ticket to loading department.
- Review and send loading yard inventory by
- Keep seal inventory and restock seals in driver’s room.
- Provide drivers with DOT Medical renewals and scan when completed.
- Schedule daily loading pickups
- Help tidy office by emptying trash bin, dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping occasionally.
