This role offers a hybrid work schedule and is open to candidates who can work from one of our key locations, operating on East Coast hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire LOA process, handling the administration of all leave requests (FMLA, ADA, Short-Term Disability, and Statutory Leaves) and any required accommodations, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees regarding leave policies, procedures, and best practices, focusing on multi-state regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant State and Federal laws and regulations related to employee leave and benefits, especially with multi-state/nationwide operations.
- Daily oversight of the group Benefits email inbox, corresponding directly with Prudential (our third-party administrator) and internal managers regarding leave status and supplemental payments.
Benefits & Payroll Coordination
- Partner closely with Corporate Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments and timely benefit adjustments, including the reconciliation of employee benefit repayments.
- Utilize communication templates and resources to ensure clear and consistent correspondence throughout the leave lifecycle and return-to-work process.
- Manage the process for employees returning to work after a leave of absence, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
