Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting all visitors, distributing name badges (for visitors, temps, etc.), and acting as a model for company Vision, Values, and Mission.
  
  
• Answering and efficiently transferring incoming calls from across the United States.
  
  
• Scheduling meeting rooms, performing light administrative duties, assisting administration or other teams with various tasks (e.g., envelope labels, compiling manuals), and providing PC Support as needed.
  
  
• Maintaining and updating the Company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board, and Company Calendar, and updating the automated messaging center daily.
