- Must have 5 to 7 years experience working on commercial contracts
- 7 plus years experience working with a large corporate company and/or law firm/insurance company with contract review
- Must have experience reviewing vendor contracts for insurance-related obligations
- Experience with certificates of insurance and compliance
- Experience responding to contract redlines

Responsibilities
- Review contracts to ensure insurance-related obligations meet corporate risk appetite and standards
- Identify and recommend key clauses for risk transfer, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and minimum insurance requirements
- Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk mitigation, fostering collaboration and excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of contract reviews, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
- Monitor performance metrics related to risk management activities
- Review and issue certificates of insurance to meet contractual requirements
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
