- Strictly enforce three-way match; resolve discrepancies with supply chain/procurement.
- Execute timely, high-value payment runs (wires/ACH) and ensure accurate GL coding.
- Lead month-end close tasks: accruals, prepaids, and sub-ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain Vendor Master File compliance and lead 1099/1042-S tax reporting.
- Serve as an ERP system (SAP/Oracle) super-user and primary audit contact.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of AP experience in a high-control corporate setting.
- Expertise in 3-way matching, GL controls, and month-end close.
- Mandatory proficiency with a Tier 1 ERP system.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong knowledge of tax compliance (1099).

- Execute critical month-end close tasks: AP accruals, prepaid schedules, and complex sub-ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain strict Vendor Master File compliance; ensure accuracy for annual 1099/1042-S tax reporting.
- Serve as the primary user/troubleshooter for the ERP system AP module (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Interface directly with financial auditors, providing comprehensive transaction and process support.
