- Develop & Optimize: Architect capacity-constrained supply requirements within a complex global network, ensuring on-time performance and achieving customer service, inventory, and cost goals.
- Lead with Data: Execute and lead the most complex close-of-sales activities. Analyze quantitative inputs, ensuring data integrity, and present compelling, data-based recommendations to influence key daily and monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) decisions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Distribution teams across the globe to troubleshoot supply misalignments, determine effective mitigation plans, and drive the execution of strategic supply chain initiatives.
- 4 + years of professional experience with a core understanding of supply chain processes using specialized tools like SAP & i2/BRIO/PSE.(Demand, Supply, Production, or Inventory planning).
- Analytical Acumen: strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills to dissect complex information and formulate data-based recommendations.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders globally for effective execution.
- Proactive Autonomy: Proven success in managing complex information flow across functions and systems, with the ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision.
