Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex client engagement workstreams, ensuring project milestones, budget, scope, and quality deliverables are met on time.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex business problems for Financial Services clients (e.g., banking, insurance, asset management) related to digital transformation, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, or M&A integration.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for mid-level and senior client stakeholders, building trust and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Deliverable Ownership: Oversee the development of high-quality, professional client deliverables, including strategic roadmaps, detailed process designs, and implementation plans.
- Business Growth: Support proposal development and business development activities by contributing to statements of work (SOWs), pitches, and client presentations.
- Thought Leadership: Stay current on Financial Services industry trends, emerging technology, and regulatory changes, incorporating insights into client solutions and firm methodologies.
- Team Management: Manage, coach, and mentor junior staff (Associates and Senior Associates), providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Performance Management: Participate in the formal review and performance management process for direct reports and team members.
