Responsibilities
- Audit Execution & Management: Lead and manage complex external audit engagements from planning through completion for a diverse client base in the AWM sector (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and large entities).
- Technical Compliance: Serve as a technical resource, applying thorough knowledge and demonstrating an extensive understanding of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
- AWM Specialization: Apply deep, industry-specific knowledge of the applicable business, accounting issues, and technical financial reporting standards within the Asset Wealth Management (AWM) industry.
- Client Advice: Provide a range of Assurance services and business advice to clients, offering insights on complex accounting and reporting matters.
- Team Leadership: Act as an effective team leader within the US Assurance practice, managing engagement teams and ensuring collective success, even in times of change and uncertainty.
- Client Relationship Holder: Serve as the primary point of contact for client management, effectively managing client expectations, and proactively seeking and acting on client feedback.
- Conflict Resolution: Engage in difficult conversations as needed, addressing and resolving issues with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
