Responsibilities
- Provides real time engagement and solutions. Direct HR Generalist to the business by serving as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to enable them to grow and perform at their best.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery.
- Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, investigations/threat management, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.).
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Works closely HR Manager and business leadership to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs.
- Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided.
- Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions, benchmark jobs against survey data to determine competitive compensation ranges, analyze market-based compensation surveys and trends using spreadsheets and data analysis techniques.
