Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for nursing and clinical roles, from intake to offer.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates within the DMV area.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
- Screen, interview, and present candidates who align with both role requirements and company culture.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all recruiting and hiring policies.
- Partner with HR and leadership to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably focused on nursing or allied health.
- Sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Local to the DMV area and available to attend occasional in-person meetings or events if needed.
