Responsibilities



Bilingual Spanish/English

Primary job responsibilities will include recruiting and operational support. As well as providing support to our client and overall supervision of working talents.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements. Participating in the hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, conduct screenings. Efforts on accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data. Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory levels. Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Operations Manager & Site Managers.
