Responsibilities
- Coordinating domestic incoming and export shipments
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Processing Warehouse Receipts of incoming orders
- Monitoring shipments, costs, and timelines
- Addressing and resolving shipment issues.
- Preparing all internal documentation for export such as
- Instructions to the warehouse for packing and marking
- Preparing labels -Preparing instructions to the freight forwarder
- Preparing invoices, packing lists, letter to the customer, certificates of Origin
- Setting up of certificates of analysis, Technical Data sheets and Safety Data sheets
- Notifying the customer via email of shipment details
- Following up of shipments from Departure to Arrival at destination
- Answering customer queries.
