About the Role We’re seeking two experienced Data Entry Specialists to assist with an important backlog project for a major healthcare organization in St. Paul, MN. You’ll play a key role in helping the team update and maintain accurate patient vaccination records in the EPIC electronic health record system.
This is a full-time, onsite position requiring completion of fingerprinting and attendance at a three-day training prior to starting. This is an 8 week project. Additional Details
- Training: 3 days onsite before beginning production work.
- Interview: 1 virtual Teams interview.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Enter and verify patient vaccination data in EPIC with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the clinical team in reducing a backlog of approximately 1,500 patient records.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met.
- EPIC system experience is required — must be comfortable navigating and entering data within EPIC.
- Background in healthcare administration, registration, scheduling, or front desk preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable and committed to completing the full 8-week contract.
- Excellent attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
