Responsibilities
- Driving New Business: Identifying, prospecting, and securing new client partnerships for Randstad's staffing and talent solutions.
- Building Relationships: Connecting with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and showing them how Randstad can be their strategic talent partner.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts and managing the full sales cycle to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Collaborating: Working closely with our recruiting teams to ensure we deliver the absolute best talent to our clients.
