Responsibilities
Production and operations management
- Plan and organize production schedules: Create and manage schedules to ensure products are completed on time.
- Oversee daily operations: Ensure all manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust workflow: Track progress and adjust resources to improve productivity and resolve issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure equipment maintenance: Schedule and oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to prevent downtime.
- Supervise production staff: Assign tasks, manage schedules, and evaluate the performance of production personnel.
- Provide training: Organize and conduct training sessions for new employees.
- Motivate teams: Lead and support production teams to ensure they are motivated and perform effectively.
- Implement quality control: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Ensure safety compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations and protocols across the production floor.
- Maintain standards: Make sure that the production process adheres to all industry standards and regulations.
