Responsibilities
- Process & Quality Planning (APQP/PPAP):
- Develop, maintain, and update core quality documentation, including Process Flow Charts, PFMEAs, and Control Plans.
- Define and establish Critical To Quality (CTQ) and Critical To Process (CTP) parameters and monitoring strategies.

- Quality Control & Measurement:
- Design and implement inspection points throughout the process, specifying sample size, frequency, and methodology.
- Execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies for attributes and conduct Process Capability Studies for mass production products.
- Manage and maintain the inventory, identification, and listing of all Go/No-Go gauges and check templates.

- Auditing & Compliance:
- Lead and execute various audits, including Process Audits, Product Audits, and the Layered Process Audit (LPA) program.
- Ensure strict compliance with all quality standards (IATF 169949, ISO 14001) and specific customer mandates.

- Defect Management & Improvement:
- Resolve internal quality issues by performing Pareto analysis of failures to drive down Internal PPMs.
- Manage the Defect List and Defect Catalog.
- Support timely resolution of customer complaints and process-related audit findings.

- Operational Support:
- Provide real-time support to production for the disposition (accept/reject) of non-conforming parts.
- Monitor, track, and update process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the area risk matrix.
