Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

• Assist Employer Brand Strategists with driving and execution of deliverables
• Handle project management initiatives including setting timelines, coordinating with teams and getting updates on tasks
• Work cohesively with Employer Brand Strategists to understand targeted focuses to increase employer branding goals and manage timelines 
• Drive plans by working with peers and stakeholders to focus on amplifying storytelling opportunities for these lines of business to create engaging opportunities that garner interest from new talent to join the organization.
• Manage creative activations and marketing goals and timelines
• Drive launch of employer branding campaigns with the guidance of the Employer Brand Strategist and other internal line of business stakeholders
• Assisting with planning, executing, and measuring recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience with the below skill sets:

• Marketing strategy, planning, and execution
• Project Management
• Knowledge of marketing campaign timelines, channels, and strategy
• Tracking and measuring metrics focused around talent engagement initiatives
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, timelines, and overall business strategies and goals for projects
• Highly prefers hands-on experience working with employer branding, talent engagement, and talent marketing teams
