We are seeking an experienced Food Production Project Manager / Operations Manager to take the helm in a well known manufacturing facility in Norcross GA. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day production activities, ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can drive continuous improvement, optimize production schedules and maintain strict compliance with all HACCP, FDA, USDA, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

The responsibility of a project manager is to work with internal stakeholders and
external vendors to define that concept and create a process to bring it to fruition. This
includes setting and managing management expectations, developing a detailed project
plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks, and assigning team
members to specific tasks.
