The Opportunity We are seeking a precise and efficient Data Entry and Case Administration Specialist to be a core part of our operations. The primary purpose of this role is to perform high-volume data entry and administrative support for our legal case management, ensuring all records, deadlines, and disbursements comply with established policies.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Case Setup
- Perform timely and accurate data entry to establish new cases, including system, calendar, and essential party information.
- Ensure accurate coding and timely entry of disbursement data for proper financial processing.
- Monitor court notices and ensure timely calendaring of all critical case deadlines.
- Review initial case filings and financial data, noting any discrepancies and forwarding necessary documentation to legal staff (Paralegals).
- File and serve legal documents prepared by staff attorneys in strict compliance with office and court procedures.
- Review financial data (Debtors’ reports) and documentation for compliance with court orders.
- Track past-due cases and prepare motions for dismissal (Delinquency Report) in accordance with office policies.
- Provide high-level administrative support to legal staff by ensuring all initial case reviews are prepared according to office procedures.
- Maintain flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
- Successfully integrate core organizational values into daily work performance.
