We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Associate Manager based in New York to provide essential support for our transversal trade marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring business continuity during an internal staffing transition and will place you at the center of our operational efficiency drive.

- Financial Mastery: Oversee the daily management of a complex, dual-market CAPEX and OPEX budget spanning both the United States and Canada. Your precision will be vital to our financial health.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate with multiple vendors, manage a critical RFP process, and spearhead the transition to a new key vendor, helping to streamline operational workflows and logistics.
- Digital Transformation Champion: Play an instrumental role in our digital evolution! You will help move our current Excel-based tracking system onto a centralized program management platform, collaborating closely with IT to document requirements and ensure a smooth rollout.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner daily with internal teams across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing to ensure flawless program execution and alignment of vendor deliverables with marketing timelines.
- Possess financial acumen and experience managing large, multi-faceted budgets.
- Have a knack for operational logistics and vendor coordination.
- Be excited about supporting the development of new digital tools and processes.
salary: $25 - $28.58 per hour
