Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Follow procedures for processing receipts, cash applications, etc.
• Investigate and resolve customer payment inquiries
• Monitor and pursue collection of past-due accounts
• Distribute monthly account statements
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
• Collect and prepare monthly financial metrics
• Support onboarding and updates to customer contract terms
• Assist with AR reconciliations and internal reports
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of B2B billing or Accounts Receivable experience
• strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & MS Office
• Highly organized with excellent accuracy
• Ability to process high volumes of AR transactions efficiently
• strong written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently and multitask effectively
• High school diploma required
