This position is originally for a 3rd shift supervisor, with flexibility to temporarily cover 2nd shift until the permanent 2nd shift supervisor is in place. The position starts at $23.80/hr, with a 10% differential for 2nd shift and a 15% differential for 3rd shift.
This role requires a resume, availability to work Sunday–Thursday, and flexibility to work temporary hours such as 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM. Once the 3rd shift schedule is fully established, your regular hours will be 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday. Candidates must be able to pass a credit check and FBI fingerprinting.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with Client Leadership on a daily basis
- Working closely with both new and returning Temporary Staffing Employees
- Monthly Scorecard communications with each Temporary Staffing Employee to review overall performance (productivity and quality)
- Understanding site metrics
- Providing timely coaching sessions and feedback to Temporary Staffing Employees (e.g., quality/error feedback)
- Preventing and reducing behavioral issues among Temporary Staffing Employees
- Responding promptly to Temporary Staffing Employees' inquiries, including:
- Time and pay questions/issues
- Scheduling
- Employee/peer issues
- Monitoring attendance
- Conducting walk-throughs throughout each shift
- Completing any additional site- or business-specific requirements (e.g., federal clearance)
