Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
• Request pre-employment background checks and drug screens
• Coordinate all new hire paperwork with Branch Managers and hiring managers
• Conduct E-Verify for new employees
• Enter new employee data in UltiPro
• Prepare new employee personnel and confidential folders
• Send all new hires a packet with company policies and procedures and company
benefits
• Upon request from the Director prepares technical reports from UltiPro
• Maintain random drug screening files
• Maintain employee files up to date
• Assist with additional projects as assigned
• Perform other duties assigned
• Work mandatory overtime as needed
