Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Global Risk Managers to execute risk reviews and perform data analysis, continuously working to improve the overall control environment via multiple work streams and initiatives.
- Proactively identify and implement new opportunities to enhance controls and procedures, with a specific focus on decommissioning manual processes for increased efficiency and reduced risk.
- Assist in incident management and action plan management, ensuring timely resolution and effective remediation.
- Analyze operational errors to accurately determine the root cause, control breakdowns, impact, and ensure preventative actions are properly captured.
- Propose improvements to processes and provide guidance to line teams on the incident management process.
- Host risk review calls with internal operational stakeholders to discuss and assess potential risks.
- Provide assistance to line teams and supervise the migration of procedures to strategic locations.
- Identify and highlight potential risks during migration and collaborate with line teams to find and implement effective solutions.
