- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of complex financial trades
- Resolve breaks (reconciliation issues) and failing trades by liaising with traders and global support teams
- Manage client contact and relationship responsibilities
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc operational problems in a fast-paced environment
- REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting strongly preferred)
- Keen analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities
Support Securities Settlements department through various administrative functions, including:
- Handling the paperwork: Making sure the day-to-day transactions are processed smoothly
- Fixing problems: Resolving any mistakes or issues that come up when transactions don't settle properly
- Communicating: Keeping in touch with other departments to make sure everyone is on the same page
- Helping with improvements: Assisting with ongoing projects to make the department's processes more efficient and less risky
