Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, friendly, and helpful experience to all exhibition visitors.
- Crowd Management: Efficiently manage visitor flow, ensuring safety, compliance with capacity limits, and an optimal guest experience throughout the different zones of the exhibition.
- Information Delivery: Clearly and enthusiastically communicate information about the exhibition, its features, and operational guidelines to guests.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns to the Supervisor promptly.
- Venue Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the exhibition is clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Team Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and the Supervisor regarding operational status and guest feedback.
