Key Responsibilities:
- Service & Billing Accuracy: Monitor, inspect, and propose corrective measures for information submitted to establish and bill for chiller connections to digital services. Ensure data quality is maintained for revenue generation.
- Estimate Management: Manage and prioritize the central review queue for all planned service agreement estimates, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Contract Review: Perform factory reviews on a critical subset of existing service agreements that are scheduled to expire within the next 180 days to support timely renewal and accurate pricing.
