- Data Entry & Accuracy: Accurately enter and update new customer orders and shipping details into the logistics system.
- Documentation: Handle and prepare essential paperwork (BOLs, invoices) for medium-complexity air import shipments.
- Customs Compliance: Assist in verifying documentation to ensure adherence to U.S. Customs regulations. Learn to manage requirements related to Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and submissions for Participating Government Agencies (PGAs).
- Customer Service: Maintain professional communication (phone/email) with importers to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues. bilingual fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or high-volume administrative work is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Excel.
- A strong commitment to accuracy and meticulous record-keeping.
