- Execute high-volume data entry and processing, handling 600–1,000+ lines per day to ensure the timely receipt of materials.
- Perform accurate and timely SAP receipts by meticulously comparing incoming packing slips (primarily from vendors like Border States Electric) against corresponding purchase orders (POs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve documentation and receipt discrepancies through effective communication with planner buyers, external vendors, and field engineers.
- Coordinate essential support by managing heavy email correspondence with vendors for packing slip procurement and subsequent SAP entry.
- 2 + years of proven experience in supply chain, receiving, AP, or data entry in a similar corporate environment.
- Fluency in MS Outlook (for high-volume email management) and MS Excel (working from spreadsheets).
- Fast and accurate typing / 10-key proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and professional email etiquette for troubleshooting and interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
