- Pioneer regional line architecture and curate Wholesale assortments (including franchise and life cycle management) that enable regional commercial execution and align with key brand and marketing objectives.
- Drive commercial execution and financial target achievement by monitoring in-season performance and collaborating with Wholesale Planning to recommend strategic promotional or markdown actions.
- Analyze complex marketplace data, competitive landscape research, and trends to identify white-space opportunities and inform long-term merchandise financial plans and brand strategies.
- Lead the seamless preparation of seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, including managing sample coordination and preparing materials for high-stakes external account presentations.
- Manage critical operational deliverables and ad-hoc reporting (including performance summaries and line architecture updates) to ensure timely, accurate completion and drive data-driven decision-making.
- 4+ years of proven experience in a merchandising or buying role (Wholesale channel experience highly desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, trends, and financial performance summaries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising software/tools and MS Office (Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to partner effectively with internal teams (Planning, Marketing) and external Account teams.
