- Minimum of 1-year work experience preferably as a Receptionist/Senior Service Specialist
- Previous experience in a client service field preferred
- Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities
- •Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person
- Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable
- Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
- Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area
- Order and stock supplies as needed
- Perform basic mathematical calculations using a calculator/computer to accurately figure production time and labor time associated with any copy, print, scan, or production requests
- Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, organizing, and mailing out client packages (i.e., parcel deliveries, messenger services, etc.)
- Exhibit ability to take written or verbal instructions while taking notes to properly produce client project requests
- Accurately produce copy, print, and scan projects in accordance with verbal and written instructions
- Sort, scan, and distribute and meter U.S. mail with knowledge of current postal rates
- Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and recording of all charges, overtime, logs, and entries throughout his/her shift
- Perform other administrative duties as requested
